Married at First Sight is a large scale multicamera and muli-crew production that necessitates sending equipment all over the world across a three month shooting schedule. Working with Hotcam has been invaluable for us - Pete, Emma and team have provided technical support at every level, from ensuring our self-shooters have adequate training, providing upwards of twenty-four carnets, to even building a fully-staffed supplementary ‘mini Hotcam’ kit room at one of our primary shooting locations. Communication and organization have been excellent, and we have felt throughout that we have had a truly responsive technical production partner working alongside us.

Running a multi camera competition format in a working 5 star hotel was at one point looking like an almost impossible feat as there were multiple rooms and up to 10 cameras at any one time. However, Henry (Unit Manager, Hotcam) and his team were so professional from the outset. From the recce all the way through the production, no challenge was too much. They created a full working gallery in the basement where I had access to multi cameras in multiple locations. There was not a single moment when I had anything but perfect pictures. Ash (Tech Director, Hotcam) and Lucy (Engineer, Hotcam) were outstanding, even when we swapped locations they just delivered whilst always smiling. How they engineered all this, I have NO idea, but the results were faultless.
