Connah Thompson has carved out an impressive path in the industry, beginning in the kit room and evolving his skills operationally at Hotcam.
In his current role as Assistant Operations Manager, Connah oversees our team of Junior Camera Assistants, guiding them through the crucial final stages of their development as they transition into fully-fledged camera assistants. Among his contributions, Connah recently introduced our Cycle to Work scheme and has been instrumental in coordinating secondments for new starters with our specialist departments.
Connah takes pride in Hotcam's work on a wide range of projects, reminding his team that every production, no matter its scale, holds equal importance.
